BiznomadOS is an AI-powered business operating system that automates research, outreach, marketing, and operational tasks for businesses. We provide task execution, document generation, and analytics tools.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Billing is handled through our payment processor, Square. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BiznomadOS for any unlawful purpose, to send spam, or to violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content generated by our AI for your account belongs to you. BiznomadOS retains ownership of the platform, code, and branding.

7. Limitation of Liability

BiznomadOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease at the end of the current billing period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
